The Wedding Ring can be found at the right end of the rocky stone path connecting East Mount and Peak. Give it to Tom Cole for a Cactus Bonsai, an outdoor decoration, and +20 Fondness. Can also be given to his daughters, Ella and Elly Cole, and will still be given the decoration.
