Location	Northern Town
Description	Has been dilapidated due to long years' lack of maintenance and customers.

Located in the northern side of the town near the Sauna and Carpenter. You can access from the backyard of your manor.

Introduction

A cutscene will initiate when your manor is level 40. John Gray visit you to remind you the abandoned building and tells you the plans to rebuild that place for fun. You will be asked to check out the Shabby Hot Spring and help

Upon entering, you may complete orders inside to obtain rewards (e.g., Special Milk, Pickup Hire Card, Diamonds, Scale Powder, Fishing Traps). Complete all of the orders in an area to get rewards (e.g., ranch decoration, clothing). Completing each set of orders will renovate the area after claiming the reward.

Shabby Hot Spring is just a decorative building after the completion of all quests. It has 6 areas inside. After completing the Shabby Hot Spring quest, some town residents will visit. Andy, Duke, Elly, Chris, Lulu, Fay, May, Bill, Lee Yeung, and Lee Yau visit on Friday around 20:00 - 00:10.

Quests

The initial quests are gonna show in quests tab under Harvest Town Trifles. After John's visit you have to:

1. Survey the place. "There is a deserted hot spring in the northern town. It's very large, and it would be a waste if we don't make use of it. Go inside the Hot Spring and check it out". Reward: 80 and 50
2. Start repair. "Collect the pickup items of the four seasons and repair the first area of the hot spring. This is gonna be a long journey. PS: It's said that there are off-season wild fruits and medicine in the cave. The cave unlocks at level 20. Reward: 80 and 50
