Orders

Introduction

Orders are delivery requests from other citizens. You will receive Coins, Prosperity and other items by completing them. When you complete an order, you have to wait for it to refresh before you can do another one.

Tips: When you see your phone vibrating (on the top right corner), it means that you can complete/send an order or there's a new order available.

VERSION 1.0

There are 3 types of orders:

Van Order:

You can find the van in your courtyard, glued to the exit leading to the square

• Van Order : There are 6 Van Orders in maximum. You start with one van order and gradually unlock all 6 by Manor Level 12.
• Only 1 van order can be completed at a time, after confirmation the van will come back in 10 minutes (excluding during the tutorial)
• You are allowed to refresh (reject/get new order) as much and as many as you want. But you will have a 10 minute cool down time. To do so, click on the order you do not want and then delete it with the bin button (picture of the menu below)
• There are two types of Van orders: the normal ones (they are white looking tickets) and the urgent ones (e.g. on the picture)

  

• It is worth to mention that urgent orders will auto load the big amount of goods you have. You can cancel it and switch to the goods you want to sell. Goods request from urgent order is quite large
• There is daily limited number for urgent order. You will have 5 everyday and can get 10 extra if you watch ads
• The higher the item quality, the better reward it brings.
• Urgent orders gives a great amount of coins and prosperity

Ship Order:

You can find your ship in your courtyard. On the left of Area 3 at the end of the river.

You have the option to choose 1h/2h/4h/8h for each Ship Order

• Ship Order: Available when Area 3 is unlocked. Rewards include coin, prosperity, and mainly building materials.
• All 3 Ship Orders are independent of each other, and can be sent out at any time.
• Refreshing a Ship Order (rejecting and getting a new one) takes 10 minutes.
• You can choose how long the ship will take to come back (the longer the time the greater reward)

Tip: Don't always go for the longest time unless you are going offline.

Aircraft Order:

The Aircraft Order can be built at the Carpenter and can be placed wherever you wish

• Aircraft Order: Can be built at Manor Level 20.
• There is only 1 Aircraft Order which will request for 3 kinds of items.
• Aircraft Orders have 3 tiers; each tier requires the exact same kind and quantity of items.
• All 3 types items must be fulfilled before a tier is considered completed.
• Aircraft Orders must be finalized before being sent out.
• There is a deadline to fulfilling the orders, indicated on the Aircraft Order tab.
• Grants different rewards
• You will get the required item first but not the exact number so you need to prepare as many as requested goods. The prepare time is only 5 hours.
• When the preparation time is over, the Aircraft will arrive and stay for 12 hours. You need to fill in the order within 12 hours.
• You need to manually load the goods, tap to choose to load or request friend's help (Once per row). You can get Coin and Prosperity when loading.
• The green light will light up when a row is filled up, so that you can get extra reward

Extra Rewards:

You will be awarded if you finish a row

• 1st row will reward you with coins
• 2nd row will reward you with prosperity
• 3rd row will reward you with a material package.

In total:

You will be able to send out a maximum of 3 orders; 1 Van order, 3 Ship orders and 1 Aircraft order (3-tiered) at each time.

VERSION 2.0

HT 2.0 now provides only one type of order instead of the prior three. The telephone, ship and aircraft port no longer exist in the game, instead we now have the Logistics Hub.

The order interface can be accessed via the phone icon on the top right. The address book now features Orders, Community, Hire Helpers and Signal Tower.

Logistics Hub:

The Logistics Hub can be upgraded at the Carpenter and can be placed wherever you wish

• Logistics Hub: Owned by default at the start of the game.
• Can be upgraded at the Carpenter's to receive more and bigger orders. The max level being 7.
• The chance to refresh orders also increases up to 3 (up to 16 with the Monthly/Seasonal Card).
• Can complete any number of orders without needing to wait.
• The cool-down timer differs according to the prior order type.

Rewards:

Bigger orders grant you better rewards.

You will be rewarded once you finish an order:

• Prosperity
• Coins
• Random set of building materials/Harvest Coins/Diamonds/Coins

The higher the number of stars, the bigger the rewards.
